When selling a property you will need an Energy Performance Certificate which gives home owners, tenants and buyers information on the energy efficiency of their property. It makes sense to compare prices and level of services before ordering work for an Energy performance certificate (EPC). Once the work is completed the EPC provider will be It give your building a standard energy and carbon emission efficiency grade from ‘A’ to ‘G’, where ‘A’ is the most efficient. Did you know the average efficiency grade to date is 'D'.
Getting it right
Energy Performance Certificates can only be produced as a result of a survey by an ‘accredited’ Domestic Energy Assessor. EPC's are used to collect standard information on the property – for example, its size and hot water/heating systems. The information is then fed into a government-approved software programme which produces the EPC .

Private
advertising
does not conflict with a Sole Agency contract. You
don't have to give up an existing agent to use ou
service, but you COULD save the agent's commission if you find a buyer
yourself.
If you price
your property fairly,
you will get a good response from our
advertising - if not, you have the facilities to edit and modify the details
to refine the advertising until you get the right response level. Once we
generate the enquiries, the rest is up to you - as stated above, we don't
sell the
property, you do, so ultimately success is in your hands (but we help a
bit!).
