How Does The Service Work ?
When you purchase one of our Property Viewing Packs we will pick up your keys during the home visit conducted as part of our online estate agency service. When a buyer requests to see your home you can opt to let us manage the viewing.
Vendors that buy the service after the home visit has been completed will hand over the keys to our consultant after their first viewing.
- We receive viewing request.
- We contact you for availability and ask if you want us to manage the viewing.
- We arrange suitable time for all parties.
- You are informed of viewing time and when the viewing is completed.
- We contact buyer for feedback
Who will be meeting my buyers?
Viewings are conducted by an experienced and fully vetted representative (not a local estate agent) who has been CRB checked as part of their accreditation.
Keys are held in lockable safe and Key handover documentation is compulsory when we accept keys. The service is fully insured.
