Rightmove do not allow private sales or third party advertising on Rightmove.co.uk this means if you are selling without an estate agent you will not able list your property on Rightmove.co.uk. This rule covers all private sales websites such as The Little House Company.
Rightmove's policy is that all properties advertised on their site should comply with the letter and spirit of the
Property Misdescription Act 1991. The Act which was designed to protect the public from estate agents that stretched the truth about a property provides protection to the general public making it illegal to make false or misleading statements. Our online estate agency listings are fully compliant to this Act and are created by qualified staff.
Online Estate Agents that List with Rightmove
We sell houses without listing on Rightmove however we can recommend reputable estate agents to help you with your quest to advertise on Rightmove. Contact us using our freephone telephone number and we will arrange for one of them to contact you.
The Little House Company & Rightmove.co.uk
We were the first private sales company to list with Rightmove.co.uk, however in 2005 we were asked to remove our private house sellers listings. We now work without Rightmove providing consumers the choice of working with our online estate agent service or by simply advertising properties directly. Many estate agents are uncomfortable with the fact that we offer private house sales. Rightmove states that it carries listings from 90% of the estate agents in the UK
