We do not publish your NAME or the house NUMBER.

Enter your home address (for correspondence) and telephone /email contact details for our office use. If you have a personal website page set up for the property, enter the web-link here. You can choose which contact details you wish to publish for buyers to use, when you get to Step 2.

If the property location differs from your home address, it is the HOME address which is entered here.

The description is intended to give buyers details about the accommodation and facilities on offer. You may put any information you wish in any paragraph. You do not need to give comprehensive particulars of the property, just information sufficient to encourage buyers to view. You don't have to highlight bad features, but you must not give a misleading or exaggerated description.

We recommend you avoid estate agent's jargon and include interior room dimensions - must be accurate (within 3") and qualified if measurement is into alcoves /bay windows /rear of cupboards etc.

If the property location differs from your home address, enter the PROPERTY address here. It is vital that the correct POSTCODE for the property for sale is provided.

You don't have to fill in all the property details straight away - you can leave the description boxes blank or just type a brief description for now. Once you have completed the registration and obtained a reference number, you can logon anytime to add the full information and modify the details at your leisure.

You must proceed through ALL 4 steps or information added at step 2 will not be saved.

It's best to prepare your description in advance and make sure you have a copy saved on your computer in case of interruptions in your connection whilst completing your registration. Then just copy and paste text from your computer onto our form.

You need three paragraphs of plain text and a one sentence headline:

• (1) One sentence headline summary (100 characters*)
• (2) Main selling features of property (850 characters*)
• (3) Detailed accommodation (950 characters*)
• (4) Other: gardens, location, area, etc. (950 characters*)

Include ROOM SIZES and reference to general decorative order and fixtures included within the sale, highlighting any interesting interior or exterior structural features.

Note that the preview page layout is smaller than the actual public listing will appear.

FREE LISTING on our homepage for early payers !! The last 5 properties listed with photographs are displayed on our homepage, so the earlier you pay for your advertising the more likely your property will appear in our ‘Latest Property’ section.

To SAVE your property details, you are required to confirm that your advertising is accurate and AGREE to our terms of acceptance.

Lastly, you have the option of ADDING PHOTOGRAPHS.

That's all there is to it - your property details are now on our website.

Unpaid listings do not appear in searches on our website - online payment by credit or debit card instantly releases your property when you are ready for buyers to see the details, or simply pay later when you want the advertising to start.

To open your record for editing anytime, click on the "My ACCOUNT" button on our homepage for access to your online management centre, where you can amend your property details, make payments, update your package or add /change photographs.
